Can a repeater carry multiple signals?

I have a Verizon range extender(mini cell tower) and a router that I have moved to the basement in my house. These signals are having issues reaching the 2nd floor . I am looking for an elegant solution, along the lines of a repeater, that can carry BOTH signals to the second floor. I like the Netgear Powerline, but I don't think it can carry more than one signal.
