Can I appeal driving points given while driving Company vehicle?

I'm afraid not. I too drive a company vehicle, and we are responsible for doing our own daily checks as we are 'in-charge' of the vehicle. It's the same with the tax disc and the insurance, you have to make sure that the company has done that too. Same with speeding tickets, we drive it, and we are responsible for our own actions, sorry about that.
