What fireworks can you buy in Wisconsin?

I have always wanted to stop at the Phantom Fireworks in Beliot on our way to our vacation home but my parents would never do it. This year I will be driving (: I don't know what fireworks you can buy there (Illinois resident). I really want to buy the mighty mites mortar kit and copperhead mini shell kit and maybe some repeaters or cakes. Can you buy these at these locations? If not, do you know of any off the I-90 (is that the road that goes from Beliot to Minoqua?) that I can LEGALLY buy these kinds of fireworks?
