Question about Concert Etiquette?

Ok first of all this is a serious question. So I went to a concert last night, it was one of those that everyone is packed on the floor and you pretty much have to move through the crowd when you can to get close to the stage. Well, once I got in I was switching up between drinking water to stay hydrated and drink some beer here and there. Anyways, by the time the band I came to see took the stage I was just about front and center. So about halfway through there set I came to a realization I had to pee BADLY. Here is my question, what exactly would you do in this situation. I mean would you just hold till the end, give up you spot you have been fighting to get to the entire night or just swallow your pride piss yourself and hope no one notices? This is for both genders, I am just curious what others would or have done in this situation.
