If a girl goes on a camping trip with a guy, does that mean she likes him?

Or if she goes on some kind of long trip like a month long backpacking trip in South America? I like this girl and I think I want to ask her if she wants to do something like this. I don't know if she like me in this way yet. But she's the kind of person who would be up for doing something like this. Should I ask her? Should I make moves on her if we do this or should I wait for her to make a move?
